In 2015, at the age of 1, my oldest son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies to wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, and cashews. Out of necessity, I learned to create recipes that are free from many of the major food allergens. I love sharing the lessons I learned and the recipes I created because I want everyone to be able to feed their families safely and deliciously. My goal is to make cooking for food allergies a whole lot more approachable and a whole lot less overwhelming!
All of my recipes are free from wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, and cashews, as well as sesame and shellfish. Additionally, the majority of my recipes are top 8 allergen free and many are also vegan. Creating allergy-friendly recipes and sharing them with others is my passion and I would love to help brands, bloggers, and companies provide safe foods, recipes, and products to those that need them.
