Easy Apricot Glazed Ham with Pineapple

This apricot glazed ham is simple and easy to make! It has tons of juicy flavor and is perfect for Easter, Christmas, or Sunday family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Spiral cut ham
  • 10 oz jar apricot preserves
  • 6 oz can pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves

Instructions

  1. Place an oven-safe wire rack in a large roasting dish or baking pan. Add 2 cups of water to the pan and then place the spiral cut ham cut side down on top of the wire rack. Cover completely with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile, combine apricot preserves, pineapple juice, brown sugar, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves to a small sauce pot over the stove. Cook over medium heat, while stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove ham from the oven after 1 hour. Using a basting brush, cover the ham with 1/2 of the pineapple apricot glaze. Cover the ham with the foil and return to the oven for 15 more minutes.
  4. Repeat the previous process by basting the ham with the remaining glaze, covering with foil, and returning to the oven for 15 to 20 more minutes, or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees.e5
  5. Let the ham rest 15 minutes before serving.
